AFC
New England Patriots
The Hairy Monk
Known more as a Red Sox bar, the Pats-friendly Monk is not a place for New York fans to congregate (especially early this season), but rather a place to “pahk ya’ass ova dare on a stoo,” kick back with some cheap beer and watch the the three-time Super Bowl champs...who are probably up 37-0 on whoever they're playing right about now. (337 Third Ave., 212-532-2929)
Pittsburgh Steelers
Suspenders
Ever since the demise of Buster’s Garage, Steel Curtain followers have to head further down to this Financial District spot. But the trade-off is worth it, as eight HD widescreens vividly broadcast every bone-crunching hit on Ben Roethlisberger. (111 Broadway, 212-732-5005)
New York Jets
If the bar has a TV, the Jets will be on it. This is New York City, baby. Next.
Buffalo Bills
McFadden’s and Calico Jacks
The Buffalo Bills Backers might make even the most ardent Bills non-fan want to switch allegiances with their incredible Sunday bar specials. $20 will land you unlimited Budweiser (add $10 to include the rest of the taps) and wings—from an hour before the game until an hour after. (800 Second Ave., 212-986-1515; 212 557-4300 )
Miami Dolphins
Proof
While we can’t really claim this to be an official destination, we consulted Dolphins fan site phins.com, and the site's owner claims fans can watch them at this Murray Hill establishment every week (probably along with every other game, but feel free to rock your Mark Duper jersey anyhow.) (239 Third Ave., 212-228-4200)
Baltimore Ravens
Good luck. Apparently, everyone hates Brian Billick as much as we do.
Cleveland Browns
Blondie’s
Although ten college programs consider this bar their home, the Cleveland Browns Backers pack this Upper West Side favorite every Sunday. Since the team is about two years from being even mediocre, Browns fans should console themselves with cheap wings specials, 42 TVs (preferrably showing other games) and a large party room, ideal for not watching Brady Quinn Year One. (212 W. 79th St., 212-362-4360)
Cincinnati Bengals
The Big Easy
Who the hell knows why Bengals fans feel the need to congregate at a New Orleans themed bar, but here’s hoping the followers aren’t the hardened criminals that the players are. Head uptown to this frat-tastic spot to watch Carson Palmer carry your fantasy team to another disappointing season. (1768 Second Ave., 212-348-0879)
Houston Texans
Seriously?
Jacksonville Jaguars
ESPN Zone
We know it’s technically cheating, but unlike Houston fans, Jags fans deserve a place to watch the game. You have to appreciate the heart this team plays with, considering the bulk of them are hurt most of the time. Since they have no real fanbase here in NYC, go watch them with the other Florida tourists. (1472 Broadway, 212-921-3776)
Tennessee Titans
Croxley Ales
If you really couldn't care who you view the game with, head to this Alphabet City establishment, which shows pretty much every game and offers up cheap wing specials.and over 100 beers (note: they don't have Bud). If you’re nice, maybe they’ll even put on some TNA wrestling so you can watch your best player, Pacman Jones. (28 Ave. B, 212-253-6140)
Indianapolis Colts
Ship of Fools
This might not technically be a Colts bar, but it is a Notre Dame bar, so by proxy we’ll claim it as such. With 40+ TVs and 5 different “sound zones,” we guarantee some fantasy footballer will have gotten the sound up on the Colts so he can watch Peyton make sure everyone knows who the worthwhile Manning is ... and which is the one who was traded for draft picks netting Rivers, Tomlinson and Merriman. (1590 Second Ave., 212-570-2651)
Denver Broncos
Back Page
Watch as young Jay Cutler takes over for Jake the Snake at Mile High. In Colorado, the Broncos are religion, so New Yorkers that need some healin’ should head to the Back Page. Known to host several games, BP often draws a large Seahawks fan base as well. (1472 Third Ave., 212-570-5800)
Oakland Raiders
Do yourself (and your self-respect) a favor, get DirecTV and watch it embarrassment/harassment free on your couch.
San Diego
Brother Jimmy’s BBQ
Oddly, this Carolina-style barbecue joint has become a de facto home to newer Chargers fans since the emergence of NC State alum Philip Rivers took the helm last season. in all fairness, it's also known to pack in Southern transplants cheering on the Panthers. (1485 Second Ave., 212-288-0999)
Kansas City Chiefs
Wherever
Kansas City is what football is all about: cold weather in the middle of nowhere, with Herman Edwards as coach. While no bar claims the Chiefs, we do highly recommend staying at home, buying a twelve-pack and reliving the team's training camp on HBO's excellent "Hard Knocks."
NFC
New York Giants
Blue Seats
Admittedly, until this new LES sports haven figures out its pricing structure ($200 for a booth for four hours...or $100 per person her hour?) and starts serving food (rumored to be this week), we'll have some doubts. But 60+ hi-def screens can make up for a lot...including the fact that nobody's been in here the last few times we peeked in. If you can't help the Giants win, at least help a bar find its way. (157 Ludlow St., 212-614-1494, opening TBA)
Philadelphia Eagles
The Town Tavern
Probably a good idea for all Giants and Cowboys fans to steer clear of the Town Tavern on Sunday afternoons, as Eagles fans aren’t the friendliest of fans. $2 Pints of Yeungling, half-price burgers, and Philly cheesesteaks are available during games. (134 W. Third St., 212-253-6955)
Washington Redskins
Time Out
The UES is where you will find most Redskins fans on Sunday’s, and you can’t blame them since the place—formerly Boomer's Sports Club—has 26 TVs.(349 Amsterdam Ave., 212-362-5400)
Dallas Cowboys
Stone Creek
Fans of “America’s Team” don’t get much love in Giants country, so they are best served sticking together. Stone Creek may not seem like the place football fans would gather—considering the place offers up live jazz and all-you-can-eat Belgian-style mussels and fries for $15.95 on Monday nights. But as we already know, Cowboys fans are weird. (147 E. 27th St., 212-532-1037)
New Orleans Saints, Minnesota Vikings
Bar None
During last season's playoffs, over 200 Saints fans packed this NYU hang to watch their team's improbable run to the NFC Championship Game. Vikings fans are also known to claim this spot as their home base. (78 Third Ave., 212-777-6663)
Seattle Seahawks
Back Page
See above.
Chicago Bears
Gael Pub
Fans of ‘da Bears flood this Upper East Side pub every Sunday to enjoy cold beer and mounted flat screens, although since there seems to be such an influx of Chicago folk in NYC, we wouldn’t be surprised if they start to outgrow this smaller establishment. (1465 Third Ave., 212- 517-4141)
Green Bay Packers
Scruffy Duffy's
One way to assure a bar will be showing your team’s game is if the owner is a big fan, and the owner of Scruffy Duffy’s is a big fan. Relocated cheeseheads gather to watch Brett Favre throw balls up for grabs towards un-open receivers. (743 Eighth Ave., 212-245-9126)
Carolina Panthers
Brother Jimmy’s

San Francisco 49ers
Lee’s Tavern
How big of a Niners fan are you? Show it by hauling ass out to Staten Island where this dedicated NY 49ers booster club meets. If it’s any consolation, the spot is said to serve the best thin-crust pizza on SI. Whee? (60 Hancock St., 718-667-9749)
St. Louis Rams
Dewey’s Flatiron
Flatiron is a well-known haven for St. Louis Cardinals fans, so hey, why not extend the love to the football Rams? The bar hosts a private room that can hold 300 people, and their phone number is 212-696-BEER. Can you beat that? (210 Fifth Ave., 212-696-2337)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Blondies

Atlanta Falcons
D.B.A
It’s not exactly a sports bar, but it is a dog-friendly bar - something the Falcons need to be associated with these days. Expect an outstanding and oversized scotch and whiskey selection...and a lot of boos for Joey Harrington starting around the second quarter. (41 First Ave., 212-677-0437)
Detroit Lions, Arizona Cardinals
Take your pick -- as in, what pick your team is going to take in the Top 3 of next year's draft.
