In order to enjoy this divine little cocktail retreat, you first must prove your navigational skills by traveling to the second floor, by way of a Japanese restaurant, to an unmarked door. Once inside, you must adhere to some strict rules: no standing, no groups over four and no shouting. The suggestive ambience and cocktails mixed with scientific exactitude make it well worth it. Try to arrive before 10 on weekends to snag a window seat overlooking Third Avenue.
