Feels like a waiting area

As a big fan of the restaurant, I was excited to see it expanding and adding a bar area but I was left disappointed. The bar feels like it is merely a holding area for people waiting to be seated at the restaurant which gives it absolutely no ambiance. The set up is awkward with tall chairs and oddly elevated side tables. The space would have been better used if they had expanded their dining area instead.
