From the suddenly picky door policy and the fortune teller propped in front, to the long wooden bar lined with mirrors and bottles, everything about Employees Only evokes a 1920s speakeasy. A true cocktail lounge, don't expect modern niceties like Diet Coke or spiced rum, yet the specialty cocktails are inventive and mixed up by mustachioed mixologists, dressed more like chefs than bartenders.
