This funky bar/lounge was the brainchild of Brooklyn-born-and-bred cousins Dave Rosen and James Tadic. A revolving lineup of DJs spins a mix of funk, soul, rock, pop and new wave nearly every night at Savalas. At the bar, there are 12 beers on tap, plus an interesting of homemade infused vodkas: lychee, tangelo ... even Oreo-flavored.
