It's a sports bar, and it's a dance club: Watch the game in HD, or bust a move on the dance floor. The sliders and cheese fries (typical dude food) are actually made of goat-cheese-stuffed lamb and truffled bleu cheese (surprise gourmet!). SideBar comes off simultaneously urban and urbane—a loud, crowded spot populated by both 20-something singles and Yankee fans hoping for the best. An appealing identity crisis.
... And now with a sidewalk cafe, serving wine-flavored sorbets as well as the bar's signature cocktail and food menu, Monday through Friday, 5 to 8 p.m.
