The Belgian Room returns to Alphabet City with a stylish new look but the same old focus on Belgian brews: They're serving a handful on tap, from Delirium Tremens to Chimay, plus dozens in bottles, from the Tripel Karmeliet to the Saison Dupont. Also on the menu are hearty traditional dishes, like pommes frites (served in cones with 10 different sauces), steamed mussels and Belgian sandwiches, called "Broodjes." The décor is "industrial Euro lodge" with white banquettes thrown in for good measure. Just in time for winter.
