The poor immigrants of the 19th century Irish slum of its namesake couldn't afford to suck the head off the Guinness they now pour at this happening Lower East Side Dublin-style bar. The fact that they'd want to (experts from Ireland were rumored to fly in to test the levels) is a testament to something, if not the shepherd's pie and large outdoor beer garden. If you prefer creative cocktails or Celtic tradition there's plenty for you here too, between the flat screen T.V.'s, pool table and sexy 20- and 30-somethings whose idea of green is blowing a grand on a bottle.

I happened apon this bar by recommendation from a friend and was not dissapointed. The two women bartenders were a nice change in a pub sorta place...
