Tucked into the tail end of Williamsburg's Graham Avenue stretch of bars and restaurants, this bar from a Market Table vet keeps its focus simple: booze, cheese and meat. Mix-and-match cheese and charcuterie platters featuring artisanal pork from Les Trois Cochons and domestic cheese from Murray's are on offer ($8-$30), along with a dozen small-scale and biodynamic wines by the glass (all under $10), six draught beers, and a classic cocktail menu with Manhattans and martinis ($8-$11). The vibe is romantic and low key, complete with vintage lamps and a black-and-white color scheme. The owner plans to extend to lunch hours soon and serve Gimme! coffee.
