Weather Up proves once and again that Prospect Heights has much to offer. Owned and operated by Kathryn Weatherup (one of East Side Company Bar's original partners), she's tranformed this former church and otherwise nondescript locale into a sexy cocktail lounge. With its dimly lit mahogany bar, leather-padded alcoves and a menu featuring eleven classic-style cocktails heavy on old-timey ingredients like rye and gin, it's an ideal choice for quiet conversation, romantic tete-à-tetes and PBR-swilling hipster avoidance. The bartenders—trained by Sasha Petraske himself—are fast and friendly, with impressive resumes.

Best Mixology Cocktail Bars
The cocktail craze is still in full effect and here are some of the best places in NY to find a drink that is served on crushed ice, with hand strained juices and top shelf liquor by a trained mixologist.
Places I want to go to...eventually
Just a bunch of cool looking places i'd love to go to...but alas my schedule and pocket do not allow me to go to all these places at the same time....
