Play it Loud! at Public Assembly

This gathering is designed to recall the heady disco days of NYC in the '70s as well as the massive club-kid parties that closed the '80s—and while there are plenty of places to find the throwback attitude, these guys work hard to inspire artists to gather and grow. Of course, music fans should find a good time, as the dirty disco and deep beats are reminiscent of the virtually extinct 12” vinyl singles that once showered the scene with extended remixes. Then again, it’s free at the door—and that hardly recalls the Manhattan scene, now does it?
