The décor combines towering potted palms, taxidermy, plush Persian rugs and dark wood paneling with a gorgeous collection of velvet furniture. Drinks and celeb-spotting is top shelf too.

This penthouse drink spot in the James Hotel may have the smallest swimming hole in town, but they still got one. While it's only open to hotel guests during the day, the patio opens up at night to revelers.
