BARS: Non-revolting Valentine's Day drink specials

Valentine's Day drink specials are usually gross ("It's simple, we just marinated a Jolly Rancher in Everclear overnight and garnished it with shredded tinfoil and M&Ms—we're calling it the Sweet Sensuality!"), but some of them actually sound pretty romantic, awww, and tasty. And Bookmarks—the cute and classy bar at the top of the Library Hotel—is serving just such a drink.

It's the Love Potion 299, made with Moet & Chandon Champagne, rosewater and pomegranate juice. It's $15, and it's the kind of thing we wouldn't recommend getting on Valentine's Day proper, but maybe as a surprise after-work... surprise in the days leading up to VDay (or afterward—it's available for the whole month of February). Pouring too much forced romance into the 14th is uncomfortable and trite, but spreading warm thoughtfulness throughout the month is nice.
