With its handsome mahogany furniture, large leather sofas and suited up Masters of the Universe, this East Side cigar bar seems to have come directly out of central casting. The club—which somehow managed to evade the city-wide smoking ban—is equipped with a state-of-the-art ventilation system, enabling patrons to enjoy a stogie, which can be brought or bought from the club’s extensive selection that includes world-class brands such as Coniba and Hoya de Monterrey. Big spenders can even lease their own private humidor through an application process. Wooden Indians edge the horseshoe-shaped bar from which patrons can order a wide-ranging assortment of Scotch, Bourbon, Cognac and house cocktails (including the coveted $63 63rd Street Martini).
