Bourbon Street doesn’t so much channel New Orleans as it does a Mardi Gras–themed fraternity party, but that seems to work out since most of the patrons are in college (or just wish they were). With daily drink specials, blaring rock music, a Nintendo Wii and a bar that doubles as a dance floor, you have to work hard not to have a good time...unless, of course, you’re over the age of 25.
