There are two good reasons why this place is called Turtle Bay. It is located in Turtle Bay, and there is a giant turtle in the second of its three floors. The restaurant and bar have that many different feels, too: A bar atmosphere downstairs, a dance floor with a fireplace in the middle and a lounge on the top. It is a great place to go if you can't decide where to go.
