PDT | Paddington

PDT is synonymous with high-end cocktails, and neither its Paddington nor its Green Deacon—both recently added to the bar's fall menu—disappoint. The former (pictured) features a combination of Flor de Cana Silver Dry Rum, Lillet Blanc, lemon and grapefruit juice, orange marmalade, and a rinse of St. George Absinthe.
