After drunkenly stumbling through Smith Street, Ninth Avenue and Tribeca (OK, we weren’t drunk, but it does sound better), we headed back to Brooklyn for the newest installment of Bar Shots, our series that navigates an area of town and the bars (and people) that populate it.
This time around, we made our way to Greenpoint on a recent Thursday night. Yep, the area is known for its Polish population and the factories that once lined its wide, industrial-looking streets. These days, it’s also earned a reputation for a burgeoning nightlife scene. —Cristina Velocci
