Circus

Twenty minutes later, the bar was still pretty empty, save for some older women dancing awkwardly and flirting with guys at the bar. Clearly, it was time to go.

Bottom Line: While the circus theme could have been cool if it had actually worked, the bar’s interior lacked personality. Coupled with a much older clientele and bad music, it looks like Circus is in desperate need of a new act (at least on Thurday nights between 9:30 and 9:50 p.m.).
