Botanica

Divided into homebrewed, muddled, squeezed and herbal sections, Botanica's drink menu is an ingenious if hefty tome. (Our photographer Gabi: “I could get lost in this.") Each drink was accompanied by a lengthy description except for the Strawberry Basil Martini ($10), which was just called “delicious.” Trusting brevity, we ordered. Delicious it was, but it could also do some serious harm to diabetics. Crazy sweet.
