Brooklyners sip Tom Fords at Buttermilk
On a recent Thursday evening, we hit a wind-swept stretch of Fifth Avenue—and one far flung Third Avenue beer hall—in search of a nightlife pulse in South Park Slope (nèe Greenwood Heights, Cemetery Hill, the hood near Grand Prospect Hall). And though the night was pretty tame compared with thirsty Thursdays in the East Village (very OK with us), the heart beat strongly at Commonwealth, Draft Barn, Buttermilk and three other bars, including one strange, strange 'trip.
