What can really be said about this notoriously broken-down quasi-honky-tonk on Chambers Street? It's known for its budget Coyote Ugly stylings, but when we popped in we found it filled with, well, an odd assortment of off-looking post-workers and other locals.

And by locals, we mean locals of somewhere...not Tribeca. We grabbed a table and ordered one Stella and one Coke ($5.50).
