Bourgeois Pig | Le Marin port flip

Swine aren't sensual creatures, but this Pig is a romantic beast with a custom glass chandelier, ornate mirrors and wild liquor-free cocktails. While kissy couples are content to snack on cheesy fondue and wine by the bottle, a sweet alternative is the chocolate-milky Le Marin port flip. The labor-intensive libation is constructed in a wide-mouthed snifter with a shot of espresso, egg yolk, sugar, cream and decadent dark chocolate. It's a thick, velvety dessert that you can drink—and get drunk on. ($12)
Drinkability: 2 stars. Be warned: Sipping the super-sugary Le Marin could send customers into diabetic shock. Only those with a serious sweet tooth or chocolate addiction will be pleased.
