A photo tour of the Williamsburg brewery, complete with cats in sacks and free beer
July 27, 2009
As part of our dedicated and ongoing exploration of all breweries in New York City, we spent a happy afternoon at Brooklyn Brewery, in Williamsburg, where we were treated to a tour of the premises, many opportunities to pet their nice cats and lots of specialty beer in tiny plastic cups. It's an awesome place, basically dominating most of a block of North 11th Street (the brewery's cavernous warehouse is across the street), and by the end of the tour we didn't want to leave. At all. But, spoiler alert, we did eventually leave.
