One of Brooklyn's few native breweries, Sixpoint Craft Ales, down in the quiet bowels of Red Hook (although a massive Williamsburg expansion is on the horizon), let us inside its fortress-like green door to see how beer gets made, from grain to bottle, and whether or not making beer for a living, all day every day, is really that much better than sitting at a computer and typing stuff with one's fingers.
