The Grain Room

This is the grain that goes into their "chocolate" beers, like the Belgian Rye. NB: There is no actual chocolate in this, or any, beer. It's only called chocolate because of its color and the way it eventually flavors the beer with notes of chocolate flavor. This chocolate grain? By far the worst-tasting of all the grains. Bitter, tooth-clingy and required a glass of water post-tasting.
