Checking out bar and club openings around the city
Bringing you what's shiny and new in the NYC drinking world.
New this week:
Park Slope: The cute and gently old-timey (and affordable) new bar The Sackett
West Village: Karaoke joint Sing Sing gets a gigantic, food-serving little sister in Karaoke Boho
Park Slope: Now catering to all your soccer and beer-drinking needs: Black Horse Pub
Soho: The lobby bar of the new Crosby Hotel is called, aptly, The Crosby Bar
Nolita: Bar Martignetti has come back to life as an English-leaning sports (ish) bar, Brinkley's (pictured)
Lower East Side: A game-filled new dive takes over the former Annex space: The Doghouse
Nolita: Popular gay club Mr. Black finally finds a (hopefully!) a permanent home
Upper East Side: Adjacent to Cafe Boulud, Bar Pleiades is now serving creative (and pricey) cocktails
