Now open in the former Tenth Avenue Lounge space is gay bar and DJ spot Bar-Tini Ultra Lounge, a study in paler shades of gray, with big airy windows, white furniture, a white bar and a breezy, friendly atmosphere. DJ nights are on rotation, and a vodka-and-tonic will run you about $8.
