The ground-floor bar and restaurant at the Crosby Street Hotel is called, conveniently, The Crosby Bar. The décor is jazzy and bright, with colorful couches, lamps and art, plus a bright wall of windows overlooking the street. It's open all day, for breakfast through afternoon English tea, although the focus is on the cocktails—made with both traditional and creative ingredients—which'll run you from $18 to $22.
