Courtesy of cocktail all-star Julie Reiner (who hit gold with the Flatiron Lounge), this throwback libation lounge is a top-shelf Brooklyn destination. Gathering on sumptuous Victorian couches and leather seating aplenty, patrons ante up for the fit-for-six Harvest Punch. Into one of Reiner's vintage punch bowls (which she's collected for years) goes sweet syrup, lemon juice, apple cider, cognac, citrus-fruit Licor 43 and rum. The fragrant accumulation is finished with fresh apple slices, grated nutmeg, cinnamon sticks and a Frisbee-like glacier. Game on! ($45)

Verdict: 4 stars. Well-balanced and eminently sippable, the cider-driven beauty finishes with a bright hit of palate-cleansing citrus.
