The April 22 arrival of Earth Day usually means a renewed effort to bring those reusable green bags to the store, turn off the lights, grow plants, etc., etc., but you can also help the planet by drinking (booze). With organic spirits on the rise, bars are coming up with increasingly tasty ways of incorporating them into their cocktail programs—and at a bunch of these health- and planet-conscious venues, not only can you drink something smart (organic spirits often leave a smaller carbon footprint than their traditional counterparts) but they'll also donate money or plant a tree with every order.
