The beauties of Hawaiian Tropic Zone go for gold

Last night the gorgeous ladies of the mesmerizing Hawaiian Tropic Zone (equal parts gastronomy and anatomy) competed for the coveted title of Miss Hawaiian Tropic Zone NYC. It was in many ways like the Olympics.

Although the restaurant's bartenders, hostesses and waitresses ("table concierges") go head-to-head every evening in casual pageants of prowess and accomplishment, last night they took their competition to the next level. Hosts Steve Covino and Rich Davis, both of Maxim Radio, as well as an encouraging audience, watched the young women battle it out aesthetically for the chance to advance to the Miss Hawaiian Tropic finals in Hawaii. And a cash prize. They danced, they walked, they smiled, they stood still. Gold medals all around.
