The second floor of the sleek Cooper Square Hotel is home to its hotel bar, a floor-to-ceiling glass enclosure with elegant, minimalist furniture, books displayed on the walls and a semi-private area in the back that can hold a crowd of 10 to 15. Come spring, the windows look out on a patio filled with carefully tailored, Asian-inflected greenery.
