A stone's throw from the Empire State building, this is one Irish pub that seems to belong in Dublin as much as New York. Steeped in tradition—think stained-glass murals, a warm mahogany interior and floors dating back 120 years—historians have been impressed with the quality of the workmanship of the bar and have noted that the etching of the glass on the back bar is matched to that on the men's room door. Expect a fine selection of both American and traditional Irish pub food, a nicely poured pint and sports memorabilia adorning the walls.
