From the group behind LAVO Las Vegas and TAO (in both Vegas and New York) comes this restaurant-cum-dance club. The former Au Bar space has been transformed by the design firm iCrave into a bi-level venue featuring an Italian restaurant and swanky disco. “Top Chef” alum Manuel Treviño, who has had stints in the kitchens of Babbo, Dos Caminos and Travertine, will be at the helm, turning out Southern Italian favorites, including pastas, pizza and custom-aged steaks. And, oh yes, there will be bottle service.
