A vaguely gothic, minimalist-chic black-and-white Greenpoint watering hole with an airy interior, long bar and spacious backyard, Blackout draws a fashionable crowd is—fittingly—brought to you by the same tasteful people behind the austere clothing boutique Oak. The ceilings are painted tin, the walls are chalky white, and the black-leather banquettes are perfect for sitting and recounting times you drank and blacked out, or for in fact doing so anew.
