As its moniker suggests, an Indian theme permeates this Flatiron lounge and restaurant, where clubby folks dine on an upscale Indian-fusion menu, before dancing to DJ-spun beats. The menu balances hot and cool notes with appetizers like seared scallops and shrimp with mango-pineapple chutney, followed by entrees like fresh tandoori red snapper. The plush, dramatic decor is accentuated by heady details: imported carved teak doorways, sandstone statues, impossibly high ceilings, bronze and crystal chandeliers and Indian-patterned fabrics.
