Long, thin, cheap and easy. You've simply got to love the Canal Bar and its no-nonsense approach to the neighborhood pub experience. 3rd and 4th Avenues are starting to pick up in their service industry offerings, and Canal Bar offers up a place for the residents to shoot some pool, maybe catch a band, and sip on some cheap brews. This place teeters on hipster, but it is so relaxed, you can look past that kid in the skinny jeans and enjoy yourself.
