What must be the saving grace for neighborhood folks looking to get a local cocktail without resorting to the NYU-laden pubs that seem to hold court, The Dove is mature and overwhelmingly comfortable. The Victorian decor features red velvet walls, white pillars and teacups filled with nuts, with specialty drinks that are equally decadent.
