The gourmet German restaurant Wallsé has sprouted an incongruously named adjacent wine bar in The Upholstery Store (OK, it's because the owner kept the pre-existing signage), serving more than a dozen wines by the glass and a handful of vaguely German appetizer-sized dishes that change daily (Murray's cheeses, schnitzel from Wallsé, etc.) in a cozy, gleaming wood-and-brick enclave. No fabrics for sale, as far as we know.
