Sure there are hipper bars in the 'Burg, ones with Centipede, bowling alleys, super-acoustic concert spaces, audio art gallery and post-feminist burlesque dancers. Right. But for a dark, comfy hole to crawl into on bright Sunday afternoon, nothing beats Zabloski's. The Chicago of New York City bars, Zabloski's doesn't ask too much of you, just that you show up, drink some beer, play some pool and stop being so damn difficult.
