Matching up 16 NYC bars, March Madness–style

In the spirit of college basketball and friendly no-sports-involved competition, we've matched up 16 of New York City's most notable new bars in a head-to-head battle. It's a poll! Vote now! (On the next eight slides.) There's absolutely no science behind this whatsoever—we didn't solicit nominations or use a magic quadratic equation—but it is what we came up with off the top of our mediocre heads (please no hate mail, but if you do feel it's necessary, by all means send it in).
