Weather Up

We quickly ponied up $11 for an Ivy Fizz (vodka, lime, simple syrup, mint and soda) and a Coke. Upon first sip, we were delighted this concoction proved so refreshing, since the air conditioning was malfunctioning. The bartender joked, “We’re taking it way back.” What did lushes do in the summer before AC? We would have shuddered if we weren’t so hot. Weather Up indeed.
