The fantastically over-the-top Dances of Vice party has spawned a dark and sexy little sister called Disko Nouveaux, at The Vault. Per DoV standards, the dress code must have been something along the lines of (we imagine) "wear something so gorgeously ornate and ridiculously impressive that the average person would literally have no idea where to even begin imagining how to get it." And that look was achieved, across the board. The evening's DJs—Purevile, Michael T and Frankie Teardrop—spun an awesome mix of new romantic, glam and new wave classics, while guests out-gorgeoused one another in a flurry of black lace, ruffles and face paint. Interested? The party happens every second Sunday of the month (next up: Oct. 11).
