Tradition dictates that Hoboken hold its St. Patrick's Day Parade a week (or so) early, and this year was no exception. On Sat., March 7, the city was washed in a sea of green, as drinkers and revelers filled its streets and bars with bagpipes, leprechaun costumes, Irish facepaint and general ridiculousness.
