Marie Brizard Cocktail Challenge

Tad Carducci

Last year's East Coast champion (and current beverage consultant) Tad Carducci played ringmaster. A quick overview of the rules:

1. Each bartender must make at least two drinks in 10 minutes, one of which has been submitted beforehand, one of which is a surprise mystery.

2. The three tasting judges are sequestered in a back room, so they don't know which drink belongs to which competitor.

3. Each drink must contain some Marie Brizard liqueur and/or Sobieski Vodka.
