Pichet's Late-Night Blush was made with strawberry water (strawberries steeped in hot water and chilled overnight), vodka, creme de menthe, blackberry liqueur and mint ice (mint frozen in ice cubes), which packed an incredibly fresh and minty flavor blossom and smelled like a futuristic space garden.
