Where's Eliot Spitzer? In the doghouse, that's where, and the soon-to-be-ex-governor's miss judgments have everyone in the city talking, including at Spitzer's Corner, a bustling restaurant/bar on Rivington Street. And just so we’re clear (and to abide by management’s draconian mandate), the name's got nothing to do with the Love Guv—it’s a tribute to a dress shop that once occupied the space.
