Can’t get to Vegas anytime soon? Head to this over-glitzed 16,000-square foot tri-level Times Square affair, with Olympic-style flame torches, a two-story waterfall, a mammoth video wall behind the bar and a catwalk for live entertainment. Despite how lush and balmy the décor is, and how ambitious and chic the David Burke-designed menu is (Swordfish Benedict! Cheesecake Lollipops!), there’s one reason this joint draws crowds—the barely-dressed waitresses (or "table concierges" as they prefer to be called). Decked in sarongs and bathing suits designed by Nicole Miller, the gals willingly engage in a nightly beauty pageant for a prize of $100 for crowds of ogling men, most of which appear to be having a little city adventure before catching the next train back to the Island or Jersey.
