Call it a civilized booze cruise: During Sunday's three-hour Around the World boat trip (part of the on-going Manhattan Cocktail Classic), guests were treated to select cocktails from Richard Boccato (Painkiller/Dutch Kills, NYC), John Lermayer (The Florida Room, Miami), Jacqueline Patterson (Heaven's Dog, San Francisco), Thomas Waugh (Death & Company, NYC), Danny Valdez (Cure, New Orleans) and The Tippling Point. Also featured: Live ice-carving demos, a jazz band and a DJ. Not on the menu: Beer funnels. We are drunks with class, people.
